The building that houses the hotel is a colonial mansion dating back to 1866, a Cuban house, listed for its historical interest. It was built by Bonaventura Caner Bataller, a Catalan who emigrated to Cuba with his brother Pedro in 1833. His initials, B.C.B., can be seen both on the stone lintel above the hotel entrance door and on the wrought-iron gate at the entrance to the restaurant. You can stroll around Begur following a route that takes you past the various cuban houses that are still standing.
We have converted this beautiful mansion into a boutique hotel, preserving the original layout and features. And we have decorated it as if it were our own home: antiques, vintage furniture, furniture restored by ourselves. All this with the comforts of a modern hotel.

Reception is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 noon. If you need flexibility, you can check with reception depending on availability.
We can arrange a late check-in. We will send you all the necessary information, including texts and videos, via WhatsApp, SMS or email so that you can access the hotel and your room independently. The next day, you will complete the check-in at reception.
Rooms are cleaned daily between 10:00 and 16:00. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days as a sustainability measure.

Our breakfast is continental style, served at a leisurely pace and featuring a carefully selected range of products. It includes coffee, herbal teas and different types of milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, bread, toast, croissants, chocolate biscuits, chocolate cake and carrot cake. We also offer jams, honey, butter, yoghurts, fresh fruit, nuts, oats, cheeses and cold meats. For those who need it, we have gluten-free bread, cereals and biscuits. We also have a hot buffet that includes scrambled eggs, French omelette, Spanish omelette, soft-boiled eggs, fried eggs, ham and cheese sandwich, bacon and sausages, prepared on the spot so you can enjoy a full breakfast at your own pace.

The building is historic and does not have a lift. We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and private outdoor parking about 50 metres away, available upon reservation and priced between €12 and €17 depending on the season.

Yes. Begur’s main beaches and coves are just a few minutes away by car. Our team will be happy to recommend beaches, restaurants and activities in the area. In summer there is a public bus service to the beaches. If you like walking, you can reach several beaches via well-marked footpaths.
